What can I expect from Therapy?
You can expect some difficult questions and conversations that may open up old wounds or current feelings. But you can also expect to come to understand how your thoughts impact your feelings and behaviors and how you have the ability to change all of these. And how therapy can help get you to the life that you deserve.
Do you take Insurance?
Yes, that information is on our Fees and Insurance Page.
What can I expect from the first session?
You may be a little nervous. I will explain the therapy process to you and gather some information from you about your life and the issues that bring you to therapy. The first session is also an opportunity for you to get to ask questions and hear about the approaches I use when working with clients. It’s a chance for you the client to decide if you want to work with me.
